I would give this a solid 4 stars. It definitely does what it claims, especially if you have areas where pea gravel keeps drifting into the grass or walkway. I used it along a border where stones were constantly spreading after rain, and it made a noticeable difference once it dried.The application is pretty straightforward. The blue tint actually helps a lot so you can see where you sprayed, and it dries clear like promised. Just be ready to do a couple of light coats because one coat alone is not enough to really lock things in.What kept it from being a full 5 stars is that it does take some time and patience to get the best results, especially raking it in after the first coat. But overall, it works well and makes the area look much cleaner and more maintained. I would use it again for problem spots in the yard.
