There are three ways to apply, depending on your project:

Pour. Mix Shabebe Mulch Glue with water in a watering can, then pour directly over your garden bed. Simple and no extra equipment needed.
Spray. Mix with water and apply with a pump sprayer or electric sprayer. Best for larger areas or more even coverage.
Mix with Clean Mulch. Combine the concentrated glue directly with clean, dry mulch (a little water can be added) before laying it down. Great for fresh installs.

Tips: Apply on clean, dry mulch for best hold. Lightly rake after application to help the product penetrate the top layer.

How long does mulch glue take to dry?

Drying time typically ranges from 12–24 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Avoid foot traffic or rain during this period.

2 coats typically holds through up to 12 months. Reapply after major landscaping work or when you notice the surface loosening up.

How should I clean the sprayer after applying mulch or rock glue?

Clean the sprayer immediately after use to help prevent clogging.

Pump sprayer: Rinse the tank, fill it with fresh water, pressurize, and spray continuously until the water runs clear through the line.
Electric sprayer: Place the intake tube in clean water and run the sprayer for about 30 seconds. Then lift the tube out of the water and keep spraying for 5–10 seconds to clear the line.
