Thank you for shopping at Shabebellc. We are committed to processing and delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Destination & Restriction

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining U.S. states and D.C.).

Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

P.O. Boxes: Due to the nature of our products and the carriers we use, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address for delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

The processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Fulfillment: Our orders are fulfilled and shipped via an advanced third-party logistics network to ensure speed and reliability.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping time is the time it takes for the package to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it (porch theft), we recommend taking the following steps:

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Check all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be left (e.g., mailroom, neighbor).

Wait 48 hours, as sometimes carriers mark an item as delivered prematurely.

If the package is lost in transit (tracking ceases updating or carrier confirms loss), please contact us within 15 days of the last tracking update. We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace investigation and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If your package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we may be able to reship it, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
