B. Wrong Item or Order Discrepancy

If you received an item that is incorrect in model, size, or color compared to what you ordered, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

C. Item Not Delivered

If your package is lost in transit or tracking information indicates it is lost, please contact us within 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

Refund Approval: If your request is approved, we will determine the refund amount (Full Refund or Partial Refund). The refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds: For minor defects or slight damage, we may offer a Partial Refund to compensate for the loss instead of a full reimbursement.
