The rocks without the glue couldn't be easily blown off with a blower without scattering rock in my lawn. This glue bonds well, so far so good blowing leaves.
It holds your mulch in place and keeps it from being blown away by the wind or leaf blower. I sprayed a sidewalk that we made using rubber mulch and it's still holding well after a month.
We installed small decorative rock, tamped it down and spread this rock glue. The rocks don’t move but water goes right through. We can use a leaf blower to clean them off.
Applies easily and held up through multiple rain storms and high winds. Exactly what I needed to stop refilling my beds every spring.
This mulch glue works pretty good, not only on mulch, but on pea gravel and other sized rocks as well. We put 2 coats of 50/50 water & glue and it's holding up pretty well. We are going to add a 3rd coat to make it ultra super chicken proof.
It locked the smaller rocks together while still keeping a fairly natural appearance. The gravel stayed noticeably more stable after watering and a couple of storms.
I purchased this a little skeptical. I mixed 50/50 with water and sprayed on the stones with a garden sprayer. Within a few hours it had mostly dried and the gravel was relatively held firm. I'm sold on it.
Diluted 50/50 with water and it makes a very durable bond. One of the best glues I've used for gravel pathways — and I've tried a lot of them.
